At Leaping Lizards Summer Camp we offer a wide range of outdoor exploration, creative art, cooking and baking projects. Large motor skill games, splashing in our pools, playing in the sand box, climbing in our low elements rope course or playing high in the tower. Lots and lots of creative thinking and making new friends.

At Leaping Lizards Summer Camp our goal is to have fun and spend a lot of time outdoors.

Session 1 — 4weeks + Session 2 — 4 weeks
Ages 2 to 5 years old

Music Rocks Summer Camp, ages 6 to 11 - Music Rocks Summer Camp, since 2009. Music Teacher Jason Moscartolo, along with teacher Paula Medina Offer a musi- based program. The children write and record their own original songs, learn how to create a C.D., Arts & crafts, non competitive games, Outdoor Education, field trips, swimming, and tubing down the Rio Grand River. Cooking classes for p.m. snacks and much more. Session 1 through 4 are 2 weeks each

 

All programs available 2-5 days a week

For our Pre-School and Pre-K we offer a wide range of field trips. Parents are informed about each field trip the 1st day of each session. We list where we are going and what your child will need for each field trip.

Summer Camp hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with extended care until 5:00 pm if needed.

We ask the parents to apply sunscreen on the child’s entire body (don’t forget the ears) before camp. Teachers will reapply during the day.

What a child will need for Summer Camp:

  • lunch with an ice pack (no soda, candy, nuts)
  • hat
  • bathing suit
  • towel
  • sun glasses (optional)
  • small water bottle

  • Toddler program:  2 teachers and 1 Part-time teacher
    13 children per class
  • Pre-School program:  2 teachers
    18 children per class
  • Pre- K program:  2 teachers
    18 children per class

Nap Time:

  • Toddler:  1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
  • Pre-School:  1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
  • Pre-K:   No Nap
